Perustietoja peruskurssista

Treeniajat ovat tiistaisin 18.45-20.15 ja sunnuntaisin 11.00-12.30.

Hinta 100€, opiskelijahinta 85€.

Tässä pienet ohjeet minne ja miten saapua sekä varustuksesta pari sanaa tulevaa varten:

FX Jiujitsun osoite on Ahlmaninkatu 2, 40100 Jyväskylä. FX tiloihin kulku on Hotelli Alban puolelta rakennusta, löydät sisäänkäynnin vierestä liput ja isot kyltin (pysäköinti on talon toisella puolella)

Perille pääsee myös julkisilla miltein suoraan ovelle. Tarkemmat aikataulut ja reitit löytyy https://linkki.jyvaskyla.fi/

Kiinteistön vierasparkkipaikat sijaitsevat viestin liitteenä olevan kuvan mukaisissa kohdissa salin ja moottoritien välissä olevalla parkkialueella. Auton rekisteritunnus tulee rekisteröidä kiinteistön aulatilassa olevaan tablettiin tai seuraavaan linkkiin: https://tablet.aimo.kuori.tech/show.php?item=11

Tiloissa on naisille ja miehille omat pukuhuoneet, mutta vain yksi suihkutila käytössä. Eli siinä saattaa tulla pieni pullonkaula.

Varustus on no-gi, eli shortsit ja treenipaita riittävät, treenaamme paljain jaloin. Kannattaa myös kellot, ranne & kaulakorut ja isommat sormukset ottaa pois ennen treeneja, jotta ei raavi treenikaveria.

Kurssin edetessä, kannattaa harkita hammassuojien hankkimista. Nämä ovat edullinen hankinta ja näitä löytyy saliltamme sekä urheiluliikkeistä sekä isommista päivittäistavarakaupoista. Ja tietenkin juomapullo ja pieni hikipyyhe, sillä treeneissä tulee yleensä hiki👍

Instagramissa on helppo kontaktoida ja seurata fx tekemistä: @fxjiujitsu ja kurssin edistyessä luomme yhteisen Whatsapp-ryhmän, jonka avulla tekin voitte sopia keskenään treenaamisesta näiden ohjattujen peruskurssitreenien ulkopuolella samassa ryhmässä jaamme treenivideoita opetelluista tekniikoista, joita on hyvä toistaa.

Mikäli tulee jotan kysyttävää, niin laittele tänne suuntaan viestiä ja pyrimme vastaamaan parhaamme mukaan ja mahdollisimman nopeasti.

Once again, welcome to our upcoming beginner’s course!

Training sessions are at tuesdays 18.45 and will last for the 8 weeks. Training times will be Tuesdays from 18.45 - 20.15 and Sundays from 11.00 - 12.30

The price is €100, student price €85

Here are a few instructions on how and where to arrive, as well as some words about the equipment you’ll need:

The address of FX Jiujitsu is Ahlmaninkatu 2, 40100 Jyväskylä. Entrance to FX in from the side of the building that is Facing the hotel Alba. You can also get there by public transport almost directly to the door. More detailed schedules and routes can be found at https://linkki.jyvaskyla.fi/

Guest parking spots are located in the areas shown in the attached image at the parking lot behind the gym. You need to register your car’s license plate at the tablet in the building’s lobby or at the following link: https://tablet.aimo.kuori.tech/show.php?item=11

There are separate changing rooms for women and men in the facilities, but only one shower is available. So, there might be a small traffic.

The required gear is no-gi, meaning shorts and a training shirt are enough, We train barefoot. It is also a good idea to take off watches, bracelets & necklaces and larger rings before training so that you don't scratch your training partner.

As the course progresses, it’s worth considering getting a mouthguard. These are an cheap investment and can be found in our small FX shop or any larger grocery stores.

And of course, don’t forget a water bottle and small towelt to wipe of sweat since its intention that you get warm during the training 👍

As the course progresses, we will create a joint WhatsApp group, which will allow you to agree on training together outside of these guided basic course workouts. In the same group, we will share training videos of the techniques learned, which are good to repeat.
